We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@eg-reeds.com . Our return policy lasts 7 days. We can offer you a voucher or change the product for a new one. To return a product, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with unbroken seal. The item will be sent back to us by registered mail. All our prices include 21% Vat (Spanish Vat). According to the law, for countries outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged. We show prices including VAT. However, if you write your country (a country outside the European Union) on the checkout page or log in to your account, you will see prices without VAT.
