For countries other than Spain

You can calculate shipping costs by entering your address and country on the checkout page.

∗ Orders will not be processed until the day after payment is received. On weekends, holidays or vacations, they will be processed and begin manufacturing the next business day.

∗ MANUFACTURING TIMES: Please note that for some products we need several days of production. Student reeds about 3-5 working days. Professional reeds and processed cane about 7-10 working days. Custom reeds minimum 15 working days. For large orders please contact us.

∗ For express shipments you can calculate shipping costs by entering your address on the checkout page. Please note that shipping is faster, but not the manufacturing process.

∗ Once sent, shipments will take about 7-15 business days to reach nearby European countries and 10-30 business days to European countries further away from Spain or outside Europe. For express delivery time please contact us.

∗ Shipping times depend on the Correos / Seur service (shipping times are approximate, there may be delays). We cannot guarantee any delivery time. For countries outside of Europe, there may be delays and/or customs charges. Please, check with the customs of your country.
